Welcome to Spill The Dirt — where gardens get a little more interesting.

I’m Charlotte, the founder, and like a lot of gardeners, I spent far too long scrolling through the same predictable products online, trying to find something a bit different. When I couldn’t find it, I decided to create it.

From our base in Rothley, Leicestershire, Spill The Dirt has grown into a place for people who want their gardens to feel a little more personal. I carefully choose every piece with the idea that your outdoor space shouldn’t just look nice — it should feel like yours.

I’m drawn to things with character — pieces that are a bit unique, a bit thoughtful, and quietly stand out without trying too hard. That’s exactly what I look for when adding anything to the collection.

It’s also really important to me to do things the right way. I love working with local suppliers, and I also partner with makers further afield who share the same values when it comes to quality and sustainability. Wherever possible, I choose eco-conscious materials, so you can feel good about what you’re bringing into your space.

For me, gardening isn’t just about how things look — it’s about creating somewhere you actually want to spend time. Somewhere you can switch off, slow down, and enjoy.
